Property

Robert Fleming possessed took an instrument in name of his father, brother and nephew against certain gentlemen who pretended a commission from Lord Kennedy to uplift rents of Cowshirway and other land on 25 May 1466.¹^2,3⁴ He possessed resigned land to the king as payment of a personal debt on 4 December 1506.⁵
