Archibald Stewart, the younger 13th of Castlemilk, possessed had a charter, along with his wife Mary Fleming, of lands of Cassilton and several others that had been resigned by his father, Archibald Stewart (elder) of Finnart who retained a liferent on 15 December 1634 in Over Cassilton and other lands.
