John, of Ramsay, and Evota Fleming were married in 1342. Oram records that "Eva" recieved a gift of 40 shillings from the King, "perhaps related to her impending marriage to John Ramsay, with whom she recieved a royal grant of Tannadice in Angus".1,2,3,4

Evota Fleming possessed recieved (with her husband) the thanage of Tannadyce from the King before 1359 in Tannadyce.2,4 She possessed was favoured in retaining estates that, by law, were meant to be resumed by the crown circa 1359.6
