Father	Sir Malcolm ("the Brave") Fleming, 3rd Lord Fleming (b. 14 January 1494, d. 10 September 1547)
Mother	Janet ("la Belle Écossaise") Stewart, Lady Fleming (b. 17 July 1502, d. 20 February 1562)

Son	Alexander Livingstone, 1st Earl of Linlithgow+ (d. 24 December 1621)

In 1571 Agnes Fleming was occupied as maid of honour to the queen in Sheffield. Robertson -
Lord and Lady Livingston shared the Queen's prison at Carlisle and at Bolton in 1568, and at Tutbury in 1569. The name of * My Lady Leuiston, dame of honour to the Queen's Majesty/ is the first on the roll of Mary's servants at Sheffield in 1571. It contains also the name of her husband, * My Lord Leuiston.' Agnes Fleming died murdered by Mawse Livingstone in 1597 at age ~67.⁶
