- On 25 March 1329 Gilbert Fleming was occupied as canon in Aberdeen. Master Gilbert Flemyng was granted a pension of 5 marks by Abbot Geoffrey, but this was later raised to ten marks.1
- On 2 December 1333 Gilbert Fleming was occupied as dean in Aberdeen.2
Property
Gilbert Fleming possessed transferred by letters patent his right of succession to his late father Michael Flamyng to his brother David Flamyng on 27 August 1346 at France in Avignon.
