Bartholomew Flamang possessed owned a castle at Wardhouse circa 1220 at Castle in Wardhouse.1 He possessed granted as Bartholomeus flandrensis a concession to the church of St Drostan of Insch to build a chapel at his toft Ravengille at Wardhouse near Glanderstone between 1228 and 17 June 1239 at chapel in Wardhouse.2,3,4,5,6 He possessed held, as bartholomeo Flamang, a knight's fee in Huntingdon on 12 May 1244.67,6
