Robert Fleming, of Wardhouse, possessed granted a charter to his brother Michael in all his land called the land of the ferry boat of Montrose (ANG), with the land of Hedderwick (ANG) between 1270 and 17 June 1282 at Ferryboat in Montrose.1,2

Robert Fleming, of Wardhouse, died between 1291 and 1296. He was alive on 17 March 1290 but must have died before 1296 (because he did not sign any of the Ragman Rolls).
