  • On 22 June 1397 Patrick Fleming, of Bord, was occupied as Sheriff of Peebles in Peeblesshire.2

Patrick Fleming, of Bord, possessed exchanged his land at Dalnotter and Garscadden (in the Earldom of Lennox in Dunbartonshire) with Sir Robert of Erskine for the lands of Bord within the Barony of Lenzie on 17 April 1369 in Bord, Tweouris, Wester Croy, Easter Croy, Smethestoun, Balloch and Ardre.6,7,8,9,1011,12 He possessed had a charter of confirmation from King David II for an estate at Bord in Lenzie in exchange for Dalnotter and Garscadden on 23 August 1373 in Bord.8,13 He possessed recieved Overmenzean and Glenrusco in Oliver from his father Malcolm Fleming of Biggar for the payment of a penny if asked for on 7 November 1395 at Barony of Oliver Castle in Overmenzean and Glenrusco.14,7 He possessed had a charter of confirmation of the lands of Overmenzean and Glenrusco within the barony of Olivercastle on 22 June 1397 in Overmenzean and Glenrusco.2,15,1617,187,19,20 He possessed matriculated arms in the Lyon Register as descended from Patrick Fleming of Bord, second son to Malcolm, Lord Fleming. on 6 July 1757.7

Death

Patrick Fleming, of Bord, died murdered, probably by his nephew Malcolm Fleming of Biggar, Lenzie and Cumbernauld in 1410 at age ~80.
