2 He possessed resigned the lands of Milntoun and Arretshoul that he had inherited from his fatuous cousin John Fleming of Boghall to Matthew Brisbane, presumably a close relative of Boghall's mother Janet on 13 September 1667 in Milntoun and Arretshoul.
4 He possessed English draft of Latin charter granting the lands of Boghall to Colin Campbell and Janet Muir his wife on 12 January 1668 in Boghall.
5 He possessed the lands of Boghall and Milltown and Arretshole were resigned by Matthew Brisbane (with the consent of his wife Ann Fleming) for regrant to Robert Campbell secured by a 35,000 merk mortgage given by Campbell on 11 June 1668 in Boghall and Milltown and Arretshole.
