Euphemia ("Elizabeth") Livingstone possessed renounced her claim to income from these lands on 7 July 1470 in Panmure.5 She possessed was awarded, by a decree of the Lords Auditors, 32 merks for the mails and annualrent of the lands of Monycabo that the Earl of Huntly should pay to William Fleming of the Bord and Euphame, his spouse, relict of Malcolm Fleming on 10 March 1479 in Monycabock (later Newmachar), Aberdeenshire.2,6 She possessed gave a charter in Cumbernauld Castle and the forest thereof to her grandson David Fleming on 18 October 1483.7

Death

Euphemia ("Elizabeth") Livingstone died circa 1493 at age ~48.1
